PORK CHOP CASSEROLE

1 chop per person
2 onions, sliced
small amount water
1 can mushroom pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown all pork chops in a frypan and remove them to a
casserole dish. Using some of the pork chop fat, brown the
sliced onions. Add a small amount of water (1/4 cup or so) to
the browned onions. Pour mushroom pieces and can of soup over
the chops; top with all of the onion mixture. Cover and bake
in 325 degrees oven for 1 hour.
