PORK CREOLE 2 to 3 c. Uncle Ben's converted white rice 6 to 8 thick pork chops 6 butter pats 3 cans chicken broth 1 to 2 large green peppers 3 medium tomatoes 1 to 2 medium onions Place uncooked rice in a large roasting pan. Place 6 butter pats on top of rice. Place the pork chops on top of rice. Cut up peppers and onions; spread over rice and pork chops. Cut up tomatoes in slices and place on top of onions and peppers. Pour the 3 cans of broth over entire mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
