2 (15 oz.) cans roast beef
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. sliced green onions
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. biscuit mix
Combine hash and 1 egg; press into lightly greased
9 1/2-inch deep dish pie plate to form crust. Sprinkle
cheese, celery and half green onions into hash crust. Mix
remaining eggs and biscuit mix until smooth. Blend in milk and
pour over all. Sprinkle with remaining green onions. Bake at
375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is firm. Let stand 5
minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
