1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
(1/8-inch thick)
3/4 c. sliced onions,
separated into rings
1 c. sliced mushrooms

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

Combine all crust ingredients and mix well. Press into
a 9-inch pie pan. Microwave at High 3 to 5 minutes or until
meat is set (some pink may remain). Rotate once or twice
during cooking. Drain. Top the meat with a layer of potato
slices; follow with onions and then mushrooms. Cover with
plastic wrap. Microwave at High 4 1/2 to 8 1/2 minutes or
until potatoes in center are fork-tender. Rotate once during
cooking. Reduce power to 50% (Medium). Sprinkle with cheeses
and parsley. Microwave, uncovered, 2 to 5 minutes or until
cheese melts. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving. Serves
4 to 6.
