HAMBURG CASSEROLE

15 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburg
4 oz. egg noodles
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
chopped onion (as much as you
like)
salt (as much as you like)
pepper (as much as you like)

Brown hamburg in pan. Cook noodles and spinach as
directed on packages and drain. Add noodles and tomato sauce
to hamburg. In another bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour
cream, onion, salt and pepper. In a 2-quart casserole dish,
layer 1/2 the hamburg mixture, 1/2 cream cheese mixture and all
the spinach, then the remaining hamburg mixture. Bake in 350 degrees
oven for 50 minutes. Then add the remaining cheese mixture and
top with the shredded cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes.
