HAMBURG CASSEROLE

1 lb. hamburg
8 oz. egg noodles
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
chopped onion (as much as you
like)
3 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. frozen spinach
2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown hamburg. Cook noodles. Cook spinach. Add
noodles, tomato sauce and spices to hamburg. Drain spinach and
set aside. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, milk and onion in
a separate bowl. Layer 1/2 hamburg mixture, then 1/2 cheese
mixture, then all the spinach. Again, the rest of the hamburg
mixture.
Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Put
remaining cheese mixture on top and sprinkle cheese on top of
that. Cook another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
