1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
16 oz. can Veg-All vegetables,
1 can refrigerated baking
powder biscuits
10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup
4 oz. can mushrooms (optional)

Brown ground beef and onion. Drain; add seasonings.
Stir in Veg-All vegetables, soup and mushrooms. Pour into
1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. To
prepare biscuits, follow directions on package.
