PEPPERONI PIE

1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
6 to 8 oz. diced cheese
(Cheddar, Swiss and
Muenster)
1 c. pepperoni

Beat egg with fork. Add seasonings and milk. Beat
again. Add flour and beat with fork until lumps disappear.
Pour in pepperoni and cheese. Mix well. Pour into well
greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour.
