1 lb. frozen dough
4 Italian sausages
1 medium onion, sliced
2 medium peppers, sliced
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Thaw frozen dough to room temperature. Cook sausages in
frypan; drain and split in half. Saute onion and pepper until
tender. Roll dough to 15 x 9-inch rectangle. Arrange sausages
on dough; spread with peppers, onion, sauce and grated
Mozzarella cheese. Seal all edges. Rise for 30 minutes. Bake
at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Brush with butter and Parmesan
cheese for the last 10 minutes. Serves 4.
