MEAT MACARONI SUPPER

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
10 3/4 oz. can cream of celery
soup
8 oz. can tomatoes
dash of pepper
7 oz. macaroni
12 oz. Spam or ham
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded processed
American cheese

In medium skillet, melt butter or margarine; cook onion
in butter until tender but not brown. Stir in cream of celery
soup, tomatoes (cut up) and dash of pepper. Add 1/2 of macaro-
ni (cooked and drained), Spam or sliced ham (cut in strips, 1 x
1/2-inch) and green pepper. Mix and place in 2-quart casse-
role. Add rest of macaroni. Top with American cheese and more
ham slices. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
