SALMON-MACARONI PIE 4 beaten eggs 2 (15 oz.) cans macaroni-in-cheese sauce 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed and broken into chunks 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 slices approximately) 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp American cheese 1/4 tsp. salt In large bowl, stir together beaten eggs, macaroni-in- cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, American cheese and salt. Turn mixture into a greased 10-inch ovenproof skillet or a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until set, 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares. Serves 6 to 8.
