EASY CHEESE PIE 1 frozen 9-inch shell, thawed (or one 8-inch pastry shell with high edge) 1 1/2 c. chopped ham (or 1 can, 7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked (can also use bacon) 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz.) 1/2 c. sliced green onions 2 eggs 1/2 c. Hellmann's real mayonnaise 1/2 c. milk Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 10 minutes. In bowl, toss ham, cheese and onions; spoon into pastry. In small bowl mix eggs, mayonnaise and milk. Pour over ham mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yields 6 servings.
