PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS|
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix soup with 1 soup can of water. Combine rice, hamburger,
onion, seasonings and 4 tablespoons of soup; mix well. Form into
balls. Place in casserole; cover with remaining soup. Bake, covered,
at 350 degrees for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the cover for the last
15 minutes of baking. Yields 5 servings.
