2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
toasted slivered almonds
toast points

Saute onion in margarine until tender, but not browned. Blend
in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook, stirring constantly
until the mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in sour cream; add tuna
and parsley. Heat through. Sprinkle with almonds if desired. Spoon
over buttered toast points. Serves 4.
