AULD LANG SYNE CASSEROLE 3 lb. chicken, cooked and cut up 1 c. chopped celery, cooked in chicken broth 2 Tbsp. minced onion salt to taste 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 3/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. slivered almonds 1 c. cornflakes, crushed 4 Tbsp. margarine, melted Mix all ingredients together, except cornflakes and margarine, in a casserole. Cover with cornflakes; drizzle on margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
