1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 chicken, boiled and cubed
1 doz. corn tortillas,
1 onion, chopped
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Mix together cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup,
Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken broth. In a 13 x 9-inch casserole, layer
half of chicken, tortillas, onion, 2 cups cheese and soup mixture.
Repeat layers. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake, uncovered, at
350 degrees for 1 hour.
