CHICKEN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE|
3 1/2 c. chicken
3/4 lb. pkg. hot sausage
1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long
grain wild rice
2 to 2 1/2 c. chicken broth
2 cans mushroom soup
1 c. herb stuffing mix
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Cut up chicken. Scramble the sausage in pan. Follow directions
for rice, using the broth instead of water. Stir ingredients and put
in a 7 1/2 x 12-inch casserole pan. Sprinkle with herb stuffing mix,
which has been mixed in butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
