1/2 to 3/4 lb. butter
1/2 lb. fresh Parmesan cheese,
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 pt. whipping cream
chopped or dry onion flakes
(if fresh)
1 medium onion
1 standard jar chives
garlic salt
fettuccini noodles

In double boiler melt butter and cream cheese. Toss in spices
and simmer. Add cream slowly, stirring well. Add cheese, stirring.
Serve over fettuccini noodles. If sauce separates, stir.
