1 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. bacon, cut in small
1 c. chopped onion
2 (1 lb. 15 oz.) cans pork and
1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans,
1 (1 lb.) can butter Limas,
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off fat and put beef in
crock-pot. Brown bacon and onions; drain off fat. Add bacon, onions
and remaining ingredients to crock-pot. Stir together well. Cover and
cook on low for 4 to 9 hours. If using the 2-quart crock-pot, reduce
this recipe by half.
