ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 2 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 2 Tbsp. chili powder 2 cans mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 1 green pepper 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 pkg. soft tortillas (corn) Saute beef, onion and peppers. Drain grease. Break tortillas into small pieces. Add all ingredients, except for cheese. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
