8 oz. medium noodles
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions with
tops, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water; drain. Cook beef until
brown. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, garlic salt and pepper.
Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour
cream, green onion and green pepper. Spread half the noodles in a 13 x
9 x 2-inch dish. Moisten noodles with some of the meat sauce. Cover
with cheese mixture; top with remaining noodles, then meat sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
