1 1/2 lb. fettucini
6 Tbsp. butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 egg yolks
freshly ground pepper
Cook noodles. Melt butter; stir in noodles. Cook,
stirring 1 minute. Add cream. Stir and cook 1 minute.
Quickly add egg yolks, stirring to avoid scrambling eggs. Add
1/2 cup cheese and pepper; stir. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
