3 LAYER CHICKEN BAKE|
1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
(3 c. before crushing)
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. season salt
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
3 c. cubed chicken, cooked
5 oz. cooked, drained lasagna
2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine cereal, butter and a
pinch of oregano; set aside. Combine soup, milk, onion,
season salt, parsley and another pinch of oregano. Stir in
chicken. In a 2 quart baking dish layer 1/2 of the noodles,
then soup mixture and the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and
top with cereal crumbs. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees and let stand
10 minutes before cutting into squares.
