QUICK CASSEROLE DINNER 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped celery 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce with mushrooms 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 can biscuits 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. oregano 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 1 c. shredded cheese Brown beef, onion and celery in skillet. Drain fat. Stir in flour, sauce, seasonings and peas; simmer 5 minutes. Pour into shallow baking dish. Top with biscuits and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
