1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 potatoes, thinly sliced
2 c. cooked or canned whole
2 c. cooked lima beans,
1/2 c. sliced green pepper
1 1/2 c. cut-up or shredded
Mix ground beef, onion, tomatoes and seasonings. Pat
into a layer about 1-inch thick in a baking pan or dish. Add
rest of ingredients in layers in order: potatoes, corn, lima
beans, green pepper and ending with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1
