POTATO MEAT PATTIES|
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded raw potato
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. fat
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
Combine beef, salt, potato, onion and mustard. Shape
into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. Pan fry about 5 minutes on
each side, turning only once. Do not pat when turning as this
squeezes out some of the juices.
