GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE

2 lb. ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mushroom pieces
dash of garlic powder or salt
6 or 8 oz. pkg. fine noodles
2 small cans tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese

Brown meat lightly; drain off grease. Add onions,
chopped pepper, celery, salt, pepper, garlic and mushroom
pieces. Add tomato sauce with some water. Cook noodles in
separate pan until tender; drain. Place noodles in pan or
baking dish, then ground beef mixture in layer. Top with
grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees in oven until cheese is melted and
bubbly.
