CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES CASSEROLE|
2 c. lean cooked chicken
1 can mixed vegetables
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. diced onion
1/3 c. raw rice
Mix chicken, vegetables and rice together. Place in
lightly buttered casserole dish; pour the broth over the
casserole. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
