CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 chicken, stewed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. small noodles,
cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm
herb-seasoned stuffing or
Stove Top stuffing mix
sage to taste

Boil chicken and bone (reserve chicken broth). Place
chicken on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Layer
cooked noodles on top of chicken. Mix soups, sour cream,
stuffing mix and sage and enough broth to make a moderately
thick mixture. Spoon on top of noodles (can add more broth if
needed). Reserve a few stuffing crumbs for top. Bake at 350 degrees
for 35 to 40 minutes.
