CHICKEN OR TURKEY CRUNCH CASSEROLE

3 c. chopped chicken or turkey
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered, blanched
almonds
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) can cream of
chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
crushed potato chips (for the
top)

Mix together chicken or turkey, eggs, mushrooms, celery,
almonds and onion. Stir soup into mayonnaise. Toss with other
mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with potato
chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until mixture is bub-
bling.
Note: If mixture is too thick, add a little milk.
