MEAT BALLS

ground chuck (about 2 lb.)
about 1/2 c. each finely
chopped green pepper, onion
and celery
garlic salt
Italian seasoning
parsley flakes
about 1/2 c. flour
1 or 2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together, seasoning to taste. Make
into small balls and fry in skillet until done. Add sauce when
sauce has cooked 1 hour. Simmer 1 to 2 hours after you have
added meat balls.

Sauce:
1 large can Campbell's tomato
soup
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato puree
Italian seasoning
parsley flakes
garlic salt
Cook over medium heat for 1 hour.
