1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion (dried)
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients and form into small meatballs.
Brown the meatballs. Simmer in 1 (12 ounce) catsup/barbecue
sauce and 1 jar red currant jelly.
