HOMEMADE NOODLES

1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour

In a bowl, combine egg, milk and salt. Add enough of 1
cup all-purpose flour to make a stiff dough. Let rest 10
minutes. Divide ball of dough into 4 sections. Roll very thin
on flat, floured surface. Cut into 4 sections and stack. Do
same with the remaining 3 sections, then cut into slices
1/4-inch wide. Lay out and let dry. Add noodles to broth of
chicken or beef. Bring to boil; add meat.
