MEAL-IN-ONE 6 pork chops sliced onions to taste dash of oregano salt and pepper to taste dash of garlic salt 6 Tbsp. rice 1 can tomatoes Brown pork chops; place sliced onions over chops. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and garlic salt. Sprinkle rice over onions and pour tomatoes over all ingredients. Cover and simmer for one hour or until done. Makes 6 servings.
