4 to 5 potatoes, peeled
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 medium onion
Chop potatoes into bite-size pieces. Place in bottom of
Crock-Pot, then place vegetables and chopped onion in next. If
vegetables are frozen, add a little water. Place hamburger on
top of vegetables; salt and pepper. Top with one can of tomato
soup. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
