BBQ ONIONS 8 medium onions 2 c. barbecue sauce 2 pieces heavy duty aluminum foil (about 1 1/2 ft. each) Lay foil on flat surface. Slice onions in middle of 1st sheet of foil. Pour barbecue sauce on onions. Fold up obtain- ing a tight seal. Double wrap with 2nd piece. Barbecue on grill rack, about 1 hour on high, turning frequently. Serve as side dish or on top of steak, chicken or hamburgs.
