BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed 1/4 c. chopped onion 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine 2 Tbsp. flour 1/2 c. water 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced 3 eggs, beaten Cook onion in butter until tender; stir in flour. Add water and blend well. Cook over low heat, stirring until thickened. Add cheese, stir until melted. Add eggs and broccoli; mix well. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
