BROCCOLI-CORN BAKE (Serves 6) 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. coarsely crumbled Ritz crackers (17) 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 2 tsp. dehydrated onion salt and freshly ground pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine corn, cooked broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup crumbled crackers, 2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine and dehydrated onion in a large bowl. Mix thorough- ly. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into 1 quart baking dish. Combine remaining 1/4 cup crumbled crackers and 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over top. Bake until golden, about 35 to 40 minutes.
