BROCCOLI ITALIANO 1 large bunch broccoli,* cooked just until tender and drained (may be left in spears or cut up) 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. Italian seasonings 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter 4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese Put broccoli in oven baking dish. Mix oil, garlic, vinegar, salt and seasoning; pour over broccoli. Melt marga- rine in small pan. Stir in bread crumbs and grated cheese. Sprinkle over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until topping is golden brown. *May use 1 pound frozen broccoli spears or cuts.
