POTATOES AU GRATIN 5 c. diced potatoes 2 Tbsp. flour 1 tsp. salt dash of pepper 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed 3/4 c. milk Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat potatoes with combine flour and seasonings. Place in 3-quart casserole. Heat Velveeta and milk over low heat; pour sauce over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until potatoes are done. Serves 4 to 6.
