1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream
4 c. mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped pimentos
1 tsp. salt
Combine softened cream cheese and potatoes, mixing until
blended. Add remaining ingredients and place in 1 quart
casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 serv-
