SCALLOPED CORN 1 qt. frozen corn or 2 cans cream style 1 pt. milk 3 eggs salt pepper onion salt to taste 1 Tbsp. sugar Beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk. Mix with corn and seasonings. Place in casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Use the cream-style corn. If you want, use 1/2 package crackers finely crushed in place of eggs. Also just rinse out can of corn with milk, about 1/2 cup.
