MCW ACORN SQUASH

Pierce uncut squash of similar size to allow steam to
escape. Wash if dirty on outside. To microwave, place squash
2 inches apart and microwave on High 6 minutes. Carefully cut
in half; remove seeds. Put butter and brown sugar in cavity.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High 6 to 10 minutes
or until tender. Scoop out of shell. Mash and serve, adding
additional butter, salt and pepper, if desired.
