1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream
of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. cheese croutons
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain
and set aside. In bowl blend together soup and flour. Add
sour cream, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Fold in broccoli
into soup mixture. Turn into 2 quart casserole. In small
bowl, combine croutons with melted butter, tossing to coat.
Sprinkle around edge of baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees
for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 6.
