CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas 2 Tbsp. butter 2 tsp. flour 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tsp. butter 1/4 tsp. salt pepper to taste 1 c. milk 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 c. bread crumbs In saucepan, mix together 2 tablespoons butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Reduce heat and blend in the cream cheese until smooth. Place vegeta- bles in casserole dish and pour sauce over them. Toss lightly. Top with Cheddar cheese. Melt 2 teaspoons butter and toss with bread crumbs. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
