FREEZER COLE SLAW 1 medium head cabbage, shredded 1 tsp. salt 3 ribs celery 1 small onion 1/2 green pepper 1 c. vinegar 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/2 c. water 1 1/2 c. sugar Mix cabbage and salt. Let stand 1 hour; drain. Shred celery, onion and green pepper. In saucepan, heat vinegar and remaining ingredients. Cool. Mix all ingredients together. Put into jars and freeze.
