SCALLOPED CORN SUPREME|
1 large can cream style corn
1 c. milk
1 well beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Mix corn and milk; stir in egg. Add remaining ingredi-
ents and dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into greased baking
dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
