1 (12 oz.) pkg. regular hash
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar hash
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/3 c. butter or margarine
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Thaw potatoes awhile, put in 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Chop up potatoes, add cream, salt, chives and cut up butter on
top. Bake for 1 hour. Take out and stir, shake Parmesan
cheese on top and the paprika. Bake for 45 minutes longer at
