1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
2 can cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. bread crumbs
Boil carrots 10 minutes; drain. Boil cauliflower and
broccoli 7 minutes; drain. Layer in 3 quart casserole dish
carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and cheese. Pour soup over top
(do not dilute). Melt butter and mix thoroughly with bread
crumbs and bake at 350 degrees, covered, for approximately 45 minutes.
