SPINACH FLORENTINE

3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 medium onions
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 cloves garlic
2 pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese,
shredded

Cook and drain spinach. Mince garlic. Cut and slice
mushrooms and onions. Saute in butter. Add mustard, nutmeg,
salt and pepper to taste. Mix with spinach and 1 package
Cheddar cheese, shredded. Add second package of cheese sprin-
kled on top. Bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until
cheese melts.
